Shipping

Our products ship via FedEx or UPS throughout the United States. Note: Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to additional shipping surcharges dependent on destination.

You will receive an email or text confirmation when your order is confirmed, and again when your order has shipped. Current delivery times are 5-14 business days after ordering.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders are immediately sent to our warehouse for processing. Once an order is placed, we are unfortunately unable to cancel or change your order. Please double check all your details before completing checkout.

Returns

The DB Method offers a 30-day, money-back guarantee on The Machine. You have 30 days from when you receive your machine to return it. Ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use are subject to the terms of our limited warranty and are not covered by this guarantee.

Because of the size and weight of the machine, we do not offer free return shipping or refunds for any shipping charges paid to receive your machine. Return shipping fees will depend on your chosen carrier. Please note that only returns processed through our system with an authorized return number will be accepted. All returns must be in its original shipping box and condition. If your machine is returned in damaged condition, not in its original box or with missing parts, an additional restocking fee will apply.

Accessories are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their intimate nature.
